Hyderabad, the 'city of Nawabs' is a captivating combination of tradition and modernity. Hyderabad is an upcoming metropolitan of India and is famous all over the world as an IT and BPO hub.

Hyderabad was founded by Muhammad Quli, the greatest of the Qutb Shahi rulers in 1592. The city was modeled after Isfaan in Iran. Hyderabad has number of tourist attractions and the best time to visit Hyderabad is between October and February.

Charminar: Charminar is the main landmark of Hyderabad. Located in the heart of the city, Charminar is famous for its galleries and arches.

Falakuma Palace: Falakuma palace was home to the last Nizam and stores the most expensive art objects, tapestries and carpets, in addition to the largest single-man collection of diamonds.

Husain Sagar Lake: This artifical lake lies between Hyderabad and its twin city Secunderabad. The lake offers breathtaking views of Naubat Pahad, a hilltop crowned by the Birla temple.

Golconda Fort: Golconda Fort was the power centre during the 16th and the 17th centuries. World-renowned diamonds like Kohinoor, Darya-I-Noor, the Orloff, the Pitt, and the great table of the Nizam all belong to Golconda.
